Giving this location a health concern. As I placed the order and waited. Noticed one of the staff members for some reason had something accidentally come out of his mouth onto his hand. I observed if he would wash his hands or not after but he ignored it. I strongly will point out issues if seen that the health department expects a restaurant to handle things. Finding it a hygiene and contamination of drinks I immediately pointed it out a team supervisor Johnathan and also ignored addressing the issue. He referred to me a store manager that was there at the location and told him the importance of hygiene and how it's a serious issue. I believe he spoke to the person that did not wash his hands and contaminated and maybe the supervisor. I believe he may have handled it well but alarming. Encourage visitors to ensure they are doing things well. They should know better. I encourage the community to help places that make our food to have high hygiene standards. If you see an issue point it out and report if they ignore.

Ari is absolutely amazing. I accidentally selected the wrong store on my mobile app and she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was running late for work, which made things a bit more hectic and she stayed calm the entire time and still helped me. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received!!

I this could have been a greater environment. I was there on a Sunday. Very young people only in the restaurant and that’s ok but the job was not being done properly . The restaurant could have been cleaner. The garbage was overflowing. I asked for a coffee and a banana nut bread. My cashier told me there was no more. I told her I could see it .she told me it was not fresh. Is it Starbucks or what ? It could be way better.

Friendly service, but they usually are always out of every single breakfast item by 7:30am which is pretty strange and probably not accurate- just lazy people not wanting to do the job they applied for. Could be a lot better if they weren’t lazy. This has occurred 2/4 days I’ve visited this location which is disappointing. Send me a gift card and we’re cool.
